The FORR team is involved with the Spore op die Maan / Moonprint initiative.

Moonprint is a one-day music festival on Saturday 18 April 2009 at Steak & Ale, Botha Avenue, Lyttleton, Pretoria with some of the country’s top artists, of whom each will contribute a ‘green’ song as part of their performance.

The plan is also the have a collective ‘choir’ to sing something like Neil Young’s Mother Earth. Everybody involved is participating because of a sense that not enough is being done to heighten awareness about the earth’s dilemma.

The first FORR festival will be held in Malongane from 2 to 7 September 2009. Bands for the festival will be announced soon and bookings will open on 31 March 2009 at 13h00. More detail to follow ….
